As a Licensed Psychotherapist and a Holistic Psychology coach, I am dedicated to helping women reclaim their inner voice and develop unwavering self-trust. I specialize in empowering women to gain confidence and trust themselves enough to stand in their own power and live the life of their choosing. Over the years I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and now have my own practice. Most recently I have been studying herbalism and how it can support our emotional wellness. The amazing ancient practices of using herbs and flowers to empower you as a wellbeing. I believe that emotional wellness is part of a holistic process incorporating the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Herbs offers this to us!!

Each participant will receive customized worksheets to guide your learning, plus thoughtfully crafted tea blend bags to try at home. Finding freedom from old self-identities is a transformative journey that allows you to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace your  true self. One of the most effective ways to achieve this is by harnessing your body's natural intelligence to heal, process, grow, transform, and thrive.

Herbal remedies is a natural and holistic way to support yourself. Herbal healing has been used for centuries to support the human body especially the nervous system.

During this workshop, I will explain some of the basic ways that you can benefit from using herbs in your daily life and we will explore herbal nervines and adaptogens that can be allies for coping with the aggravations of life!
